Standard BEX modules
BEX PMS has several pillars, which are referred to as standard modules. Together, these modules are the interconnected core of BEX PMS. You'll recognize them as the tab headers in the main navigation bar in your PMS.
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides you with compact information about check-ins, check-outs, the latest actions performed in the PMS, an overview of the bookings in the past month, and a summary of currently present guests. An ideal starting point for daily operations.

Planboard
A full-screen planner that easily allows you to see availability as well as reservations and their origin and status at a glance. Reservations can be moved, checked in, or newly created directly from the Planboard. The most-used tool for reception desks.

Reservations
A complete and filterable overview of all reservations. You also have access to the incomplete reservations of the booking portal, voucher details, and other convenient data such as uninvoiced changes or the total number of nights relevant for tourist tax. The reservation module is also where you can manage and view the reviews your guests leave about their stay.

Setup
This is where you manage all of your types and objects, including availability-related functionalities such as arrival and departure schemes and blocked periods. In addition, the setup module handles everything related to pricing, with price lists, costs, security deposits, as well as discounts, packages, and bundles. These settings are applied throughout your PMS.

Contacts
A comprehensive overview of all your contacts. This includes all bookers, owners, and any channel contact information.

Financial
This is where invoices are managed, payments are tracked, and various financial reports can be generated. Other financial settings including payment methods, VAT tariffs, and ledger accounts are also managed and applied here.

Statistics
In the statistics module you can use all your available PMS data to create statistics about rent distribution, revenue, and more. You can also create re-usable reports to compare numbers to last year’s data or to compare the success of your various types.
