The contacts module is a default BEX PMS module that stores contact information for your bookers, owners, and channels.
In the contacts module you’ll find four tabs, one for each type of contact, and an 'all' tab that shows all available contacts together. If you have organisation rights, you can click 'View organization overview' to be able to quickly navigate to 'Labels', where you can manage contact labels.
Bookers
Contact information and personal details for your bookers are made into a contact as soon as a new reservation is entered into your PMS. Click a name to view the booker contact. You cannot edit the profile of a booker contact here. If a guest books another stay with slightly different contact information, your PMS matches and updates the contact.
In the overview, you can select one or more booker contacts to add a guest label. More about guest labels: Guest labels
If a guest asks you to edit their contact information, you’ll need to open their latest reservation and edit the information using the pencil icons on that page.
In case of group bookings, only the main booker will be added or updated as a contact. It is possible to add separate booker details for each underlying reservation via that reservation page.

Owners
Contacts for owners are created when manually adding a new owner. You can view an owner contact to see contact details, as well as reservations and owner portal access.
The profile of an owner contact can be fully edited. These changes are then applied to owner agreements, invoices, and communications.

Channels
Contacts for channels are created in one of two ways. You can manually add a new channel, or a channel can be automatically created during setup of an integration app from our App Store. The latter enters minimal contact details in the profile of the channel contact.
