Menubar in the BEX PMS

The light green upper part of the menubar focuses on options regarding the account details, updates of Booking Experts, or reception messages.

In this menu bar you can find several options, from left to right:

Administration

To the right of the cloud, you can see which administration you are working in. When you work in an organisation with multiple administrations, you can switch here between the different administrations. Here you can also switch to the organisational overview, about which you can read more in Organisational overview article.

+ Reservations

Through this button, reservations can be made directly, regardless of which page you are on. You can read more about creating reservations Making a new reservation.

Checklist

Using the checklist, you can see which tasks Booking Experts completes in the background, for example exporting data or creating multiple invoices.

Marketstand

You can use this function to navigate directly to the Booking Experts App Store. Here you can create additional links with Booking Experts and other software, for example.

Envelope

All messages about reservations or messages from and to owners are listed here. When a new message has arrived, a number is displayed on the envelope.

Question mark

The question mark leads directly to this Help Centre with helpful articles about Booking Experts and more detailed functions.

Megaphone

The Megaphone leads you to the Booking Experts Updates log. Here, you can view and sign up for regular updates about the PMS, CMS, and App Store.

Cogwheel

The cogwheel in the menu bar leads to the administration and organization settings. Major changes can be made here, for example to payment providers, channels or employees.

Search bar

All information can always be found using the search bar. For example, you can search for reservations, objects or names.
