Log in to BEX PMS or CMS
Log in to your Booking Experts account in one of the following ways: with an email address and password with MFA, or via SSO through a Google or Microsoft account.
To log in, go to the login page.
The login page works for both PMS and CMS users.
If you have multiple roles, you can choose your role when you log in.
You can only use one login method at a time.
If you have been using the SSO method ‘Login with Google’, you will have to continue using it. If you want to use another login method, i.e. a username and password with MFA or using a Microsoft SSO, you can email support@bookingexperts.com to reset this.

The single sign-on (SSO) options Google or Microsoft may be mandatory for employees as set in the organization settings.

Note that to be able to log in properly, your account needs to have a role assigned.
Within PMS, this may be an employee role, an owner role, an executor or contractor role, or a travel agency role. Within CMS, there is only the user role.
If your account does not have a role, contact the person or business who created your account for you.

Login troubleshooting
Try checking the following things:
Any typo’s in your email address?
Are you using the right SSO option?
Is your caps lock on when it should not be?
Is your multi-factor authentication set up correctly?
Check the SSO settings in your Google or Microsoft account.
If you use a password with MFA, send an email to support@bookingexperts.com to request a password reset. We'll send you a link to create a new password.
When logging in for the first time, tick the box 'Stay logged in' to access the BEX systems even faster in the future.
