Log in to Booking Experts

In Booking Experts, you can login in the following ways: with an email address and password, with a Google account or with a Microsoft account.

To log in, go to the login page.

You can only use one login method at a time. If you have been using the SSO method ‘Login with Google’, you will have to continue using it. If you want to use another login method, i.e. with a username and password or with a Microsoft account, you can email support@bookingexperts.com to reset this.

The single sign-on (SSO) options Google or Microsoft may be mandatory for employees as set in the organization settings.

For either option, whether using a username and password or SSO, consider setting up two-factor authentication to secure your account and data. You can set this up in the BEX PMS or you set it up with Google or Microsoft respectively, if using their SSO.

You can’t log in?

First, check whether:

  • Your email address is correct;

  • Your password is correct or you are using the right SSO option;

  • You are on the right login page.

Still unable to log in? Check your SSO settings or, if you use just a password, send a request for a new password. We'll send you an email, which contains a link to create a new password. Often, this solves the problem.

When logging in for the first time, tick the box 'Stay logged in' to access the BEX systems even faster in the future.
