Set brands

Every administration needs a brand to make communication to your guests your own. There are three kinds of brands in the PMS.

Go to the tab brands in the brands and portals submenu of your organisation settings to add a new brand.

As this concerns organisation settings, you need the rights of an organisation manager to set brands.

You determine a logo, theme colours, fonts and a communication style for every brand. These components are reflected on your invoice, emails, templates and the portals.

Types of brands

Brands can be set for one or more administrations and their underlying channels or for one or more channels. You can also determine a default brand that will be applied to any administration that doesn’t have its own brand.

Administration brand

An administration brand applies to specific administrations and is then used for all communication from the respective administration to the guest. You can select multiple administrations.

Channel brand

You can also create a channel brand for one or more channels. A channel brand overrides the administration brand for the booking portal and the payment portal. You can also add a channel brand to your emails and templates.

Default brand

If you check ‘All administrations’, the brand acts as a back-up. If you don't set a brand for an administration, the administration will be given this default brand.
