All organizations with multiple administrations have an Organization overview. In this overview, as an organization manager, you have insight into the bundled data of all administrations.
The data from the administrations includes all reservations, guest data, and financial data such as invoices and outstanding payments.
Additionally, the reception messages are transparent, it is visible who has performed which actions within the administrations, and the organization settings can be adjusted
The reservations, reception messages, and actions in the organization overview are useful for employees who provide customer service to guests of all parks within an organization. The statistics, financial information, and settings are important for organization managers who steer the company. Who has access to this is determined via employee management. Access the organization overview
To open the organization overview, click on the administration name in the light green menu bar. Via the dropdown, you then click on the bold organization name.
Reservations
In the 'Reservations' module, you will see all reservations of the organization, regardless of which administration the reservations were booked at. The available filters here have been supplemented with the 'Administration' filter.
Making a reservation
If you start a new reservation via this page, the availability results will include types and objects from all administrations.

Vouchers
Click on 'Vouchers' on the right in the menu to also view all vouchers from all administrations. Read more: Vouchers
Contacts
In the 'Contacts' module, you will find the data of bookers, owners, and channel contacts from the entire organization.
Labels
Click on 'Labels' on the right in the menu to go to the settings menu for labels. Here you can manage different types of labels for the entire organization.

Financial
In the 'Financial' module, you have insight into all invoices that have been created within the administrations that fall under your organization. On the right in the menu, you will also find all payments, open payments, and remaining amounts.
Reception messages
Under 'Reception messages', you will see all received, sent, and archived reception messages from all administrations. Some administrations (parks) will manage reception messages for themselves, but it is possible to centralize this at the organization level. Everything you do via this screen is also mirrored in the reception messages inbox at the administration level. This prevents duplicate work from being done.
Actions
Under 'Actions', everything that happens within your organization is registered. This way, you can quickly see if a confirmation has been sent correctly or when a payment has been registered. Use the filters to search for specific actions.
Statistics
The 'explorer' and 'reports' in the Statistics module contain data from all administrations, so you can track the revenue and results of your organization and compare your parks with each other.
Settings
Under 'Settings', you will find all organization settings in the menu on the right. These are settings that apply to all underlying administrations, including employee management, amenities, brands and portals, and domains.
