The park or organization where you bought a holiday home will send you an email that invites you to activate your owner account. If you did not receive this email, check your spam inbox or ask them to resend the email again.
The e-mail contains a link directing you to the owner portal, i.e. the owner’s own environment. If you are logging in for the first time, you must first create a password. The password must have a minimum of 6 characters.
After creating the password, you will be sent to the login page. Here you can log in with your email address and the password you have just chosen.
Create a bookmark in your browser for this login page. This way you’ll never have to search for your owner portal.
