Review forms
You can send a review form to every guest after their stay. You can compose this review form yourself, optionally per segment.
For this, you need the employee rights 'Reception Advanced'.

Creating a review form
To create a review form, go to 'Review forms' in the Reservations module. Click '+New' to create a new review form.
Select the segment to which the review form applies. If desired, you can add an introductory text. In this text, you can use several variable tags to display reservation information. Click on a blue variable to insert the correct tag into the text field.
Add questions
Add the questions you want to ask the guest. You can add translations for foreign guests using the flag icon. Determine the type of answer the guest can give to the question. 'Rating' is a number score, a short or long text is an open text field, and Yes/No is suitable if you want to ask a closed question. It is also possible to add an extra 'Not applicable' answer option.
A short or long text can have different purposes. Select the correct answer type from the dropdown to ensure that the input you receive is processed correctly.
You can add multiple questions to your form using '+add another'. When you save the form, a preview will be shown.
Changing the order of questions
You can adjust the order of the questions by dragging and dropping them, use the 6 dots in the bottom right of the question block.
Sending the review form
To send the review form, you must activate the template 'Review form after check-out'. You can edit the text in the template as desired.
