Go to 'Commission agreements' to edit your existing commission agreements or create a new one. A commission agreement can be applied to multiple owners.

Types of commission agreements

Various types of commission agreements are possible:

• Fixed return on investment: independent of reservations
  Fixed return

• Fixed commission amount per night of a reservation: the withheld amount is independent of actual revenue
  Fixed commission amount per night of a reservation

• Percentage over rent: the withheld amount is dependent on actual revenue

• Pool system: profit sharing by multiple owners

• Fixed amount per night dependent on length of stay: amount paid out to owner is independent of actual revenue
  Fixed rate per night depending on length of stay

Settlement method

For each commission agreement, you must choose a settlement method. This determines when rental income from reservations is included in a settlement period for the owner. The available options are all relative to the dates of reservations on the objects.

Frequency and date of settlement

Monthly settlements are the default for all commission agreements. Settlements will be prepared for the first day of a calendar month, unless you specifically deviate from this.
