Explorer

In the explorer you specify your own statistics. First, select the type of statistic you are interested in. Then specify the time period, shown per day, week, month, quarter or year, and whether you want to add a comparison.

To finetune your graph even further, you can add filters. Explore the different filters relating to types and objects, labels, and reservation specifications.

Click any bar in the resulting graph to see which reservations are part of this statistic.
This means that if you are looking for a list of reservations with very specific parameters beyond the capabilities of the reservations module, you can use the statistics explorer to create this list.

From the explorer, you can export your specification to Excel, or add it to a report to save and reuse later.

Stayed nights

This is a quick overview of nights stayed by guests, sorted by the guest's country of origin. It shows you how popular your park is with guests of various nationalities.

Return

In this overview you will find the revenue return per object. Filtering is possible by period, segment, commission type and type. Per object, the name of the owner, the commission agreement, the incoming rent and the amount paid out to the owner are displayed. The final return is the difference between the rent and the amount paid out.

Rent distribution

Overview of past and future rental income per type per month. Here, it is easy to see which of your types does best in which months. Click on a type to view the same data for its underlying objects. If desired, you can adjust an object’s priority level using this data.

Reservation distribution

This page will give you information on booking date in relation to arrival date. Are your guests mainly early birds, or last-minute bookers? Use the filters to further specify, if desired.

Reports

Create and save reports made up of one or more statistics that you have defined using the explorer. Setting the period to something that is not a specific date range, such as 'current year' or 'next 30 days', means that the information in your reports will be updated as time passes.

Email settings

If you want to receive a monthly report by email, to the email address you are logged in to PMS with, indicate that here. You’ll first see an example of the email report you’ll receive, containing the most important statistics at organization level. Check the box at the bottom to receive it in your personal inbox every month.
