You can take over the role of an owner to access the owner portal, the owner's own environment. That way, you can help them when they have a question.

Which data an owner can see in their owner portal depends on the permissions you grant them in their agreement under owner profile.

Updates about reservations

Owners can automatically receive notifications when their objects are booked and reviewed. To activate those notifications, take over the role of the owner and go to their portal. Under ‘Info’, you’ll find a checkbox for ‘Updates about reservations’.
