Adding contact labels
A contact label can quickly highlight characteristics or preferences of a booker. This allows you to easily store special information about your different guests. Contact labels are for internal use, guests cannot view them.
Contact labels are shown in reservations, in reservation overviews, in the Contacts module, and in Planboard reservation details.
Use contact labels as a filter in the reservations index or booker tab in the Contacts module
Adding a contact label
Use the Contacts module to add a contact label to multiple bookers at the same time.
Open a reservation to remove or add one or more contact labels to the booker of that reservation.
A new contact label
If there is no suitable contact label, an organization manager can create an additional one via the Labels submenu in the organization settings.
Each label has a name, a description, and one of 30 colors.
