It is possible to do all communication with the park or organization through the owners portal. You can send and receive messages through Reception Messages. When a response to your message is posted, you will receive this response again in the Reception Messages on your personal page. This is indicated by a red balloon.

To create a message click the menu bar on Reception Messages then click +New to create a new message.

All communications can be found under the various tabs. If you cannot find a particular message quickly you can use the search fields to search within the subject or text of the message.

If you have read, processed and dealt with a message, you can archive it. This ensures that it will no longer appear in the received messages. Of course, you can retrieve it in the Archived tab.
