Adding periodic costs to profile or agreement

After periodic costs have been created, you can link them to an owner profile or individual agreement to be able to properly charge them to owners.

Periodic costs in agreement

If a periodic cost only applies to a single agreement, or if you want to apply a custom price that does not apply to every agreement in the owner profile, you can add a periodic cost to individual agreements.
Go to 'Agreements' in the owner module. Open the agreement that you want to add the periodic cost to, you can use the filters to find the right agreement.
Alternatively, you can first find the right owner, and then click 'show agreement' in their owner page.

If necessary, first create a new periodic cost: Creating periodic costs

Click 'Edit' to be able to change the agreement settings. Right underneath the owner profile setting, you’ll find a list of available periodic costs. This list contains all periodic costs, including utility advances. Note that it should be evident from the name which ones are a utility advance, and which are not.
Use the checkboxes to determine which periodic costs are applicable to this owner agreement.

Custom price

For each periodic cost item you add to this agreement, you can enter a custom price. This will overwrite the default amount for this periodic cost. This means that you can add the same periodic costs to multiple agreements, and still charge varying amounts.
The same applies to custom prices in owner profiles. You can add the same periodic cost to multiple owner profiles, and add a custom price to charge the set of agreements with this profile differently.
