Submitting a DAC7 report via Digipoort

To submit a DAC7 report to the Dutch Tax Administration, you likely use Digipoort. Our DAC7 Digipoort Connector app allows you to upload a DAC7 report directly from your PMS to Digipoort, the Tax Administration’s electronic post office.

How to upload a report via Digipoort

Go to the app’s detail page to install the app and select the administration(s) you wish to link. This Digipoort app also works if you don’t have a Digipoort account yet. Then, in your PMS, navigate to the DAC7 report you want to upload.

Ensure this report has been fully checked. The report's status, visible in the 'Report data' block, must be 'Checked', otherwise the upload button will not work.
Creating and checking a DAC7 report

When you click on the report, you'll see an 'Apps' button in the top right next to ‘Change status’. Click here and choose 'Send to Tax Administration'.

You might need to refresh the page to see that the report has been sent. Then click on the same ‘Apps’ button again, where it now says ‘Show status’, to check if the Tax Administration has received your report.

If a report is rejected by the Tax Administration

If your report is fully or partially rejected by the Tax Administration, click on ‘Apps’ and ‘DAC7 Connector NL: Show Status’ to show the feedback you received. If, for example, owner information is incorrect, the names of the faulty owners will be listed. You can then go back to their owner pages and rectify the information.

It’s important that you create a correction report from this page via the blue ‘Create correction report’ and that you do not correct your original report. Always create corrections of submitted reports, otherwise the Tax Administration will reject the report.
