Bookings

The owner permission 'Bookings' allows an owner to view the list of reservations. This list initially only shows the booking number, arrival and departure date, and group composition.

When you select this permission in an owner profile, a list of additional permissions drops down. These additional permissions allow you to further detail the reservations as shown to the owner.

Booker data

This allows the owner to view personal data of the bookers. Once you select this permission, another option becomes available that allows the owner to also view personal data of the other guests in the reservation.

Guest memo

Allows the owner to see any guest memos that the backoffice has added to a reservation on the owner's object.

Guest order

Allows the owner to see the cost items of the reservation that are payable by the guest.

Channel order

Allows the owner to see the cost items of the reservation that are payable by the channel.

Rent amount

Allows the owner to see the total amount of rent paid by the guest, including the cost items that are marked 'counts as rent'. Once you select this permission, another option becomes available that allows the owner to also view their own rent settlements.

Guest invoice

Allows the owner to see the invoices payable by the guest. Guest invoices may differ from the guest order. These invoices only contain the invoice items, any financial or payment data of the guest is not included.

Channel invoice

Allows the owner to see the invoices payable by the channel.

Assigning owner permissions

Assigning these permissions is only possible through an owner profile. When creating or editing an owner agreement, you can add an owner profile to apply to that owner.
