The owner permission 'Bookings' allows an owner to view the list of reservations. This list initially only shows the booking number, arrival and departure date, and group composition.

When you tick this permission in an owner profile, a list of additional permissions drops down. These additional permissions allow you to further detail the booking information shown to the owner. Below, these additional permissions are named. Click on the links for more information.

Booker data

If the additional permission 'Owner permissions Booker data and Guest details' is assigned, this in turn allows you to assign the permissions 'Owner permissions Booker data and Guest details' and 'Owner permission Check the bookings'. The latter is shown at the bottom of the page when creating or editing an owner profile.

Guest memo

The additional permission 'Guest memo' allows an owner to see any guest memos that the backoffice has added to a reservation on the owner's object.

Booking order

The additional permission 'Booking order' allows an owner to see the costs on the order of the reservations.

Rent amount

If the additional permission 'Owner permissions Rent amount, Rent settlements and Booking invoice' is assigned, this in turn allows you to assign the 'Owner permissions Rent amount, Rent settlements and Booking invoice' permission.

Booking invoice

The additional permission 'Owner permissions Rent amount, Rent settlements and Booking invoice' allows an owner to see the invoices guests receive.

Assigning owner permissions

Assigning these permissions is only possible through an Owner profiles. When creating or editing an Linking an owner to an object and creating an agreement, you can add an owner profile to make it effective for that owner.
