Owner permissions: Rent amount and rent settlements

Allows the owner to see the total amount of rent paid by the guest, including the cost items that are marked 'counts as rent'. Once you select this permission, another option becomes available that allows the owner to also view their own rent settlements.

Rent amount

The owner permission 'Rent amount' becomes available when 'Bookings' has been selected first. 'Rent amount' allows the owner to see the total rent that the guests pay, this is the cost of their stay excluding any extras that do not 'count as rent'.

Rent settlements

The owner permission 'Rent settlements' allows the owner to view the rent settlements for their object in the owner portal. Without this permission, the owner will receive their rent settlements by email.
This option will become available only after 'Rent amount' has been selected first.

Assigning owner permissions

Assigning these permissions is only possible through an owner profile. When creating or editing an owner agreement, you can add an owner profile to apply to that owner.
