Unconfirmed bookings in Dashboard booking portal

As soon as someone starts to book via your website, this data is saved in BEX PMS, provided you use BEX CMS for your website. These incomplete reservations are shown in the booking portal on your PMS Dashboard.

Without personal data - 20 minutes

If the visitor clicks ‘Book now’ but does not enter any personal data, the booking remains valid for 20 minutes. After this, it will be deleted. During these 20 minutes, the booking is displayed in the booking portal as ‘Not yet completed’ and can be taken over from the visitor if desired.

With personal data - 8 hours

If the visitor does enter personal data, but then abandons the booking, it remains valid in the booking portal for 8 hours. You can contact the visitor within this period to see if the reservation can be completed. After these 8 hours, the booking is deleted from the booking portal, and the park receives a reception message and an email to the general email address with the booker's contact details.
