Upload documents to an owner page

Documents related to an owner can be uploaded to the owner page so they are always at hand. You can then also share them with the owner by making them visible in the owner portal.

Upload documents

Go to the owner for whom you want to upload a document. Click on ‘+New’ under ‘Documents’. Drag or upload one or more files and click 'Save'. You'll now see the documents in the overview, including the upload date. You can delete each file with the trash icon.

Share document with owner

For each document, you can decide whether the owner may also view this document by switching the toggle on or off. By default, the toggle is set to 'off'. Setting it to 'on' will make the document visible in the owner portal.

An owner will be able to find the shared documents under ‘Info’ and then ‘Contact details’ in their owner portal.
