Welcome message Customer portal

To welcome your guests and introduce their customer portal, you can set up a welcome message that is shown to all your guests.

Go to 'Brands and portals' in the Organisation settings; here, under 'Portal settings', you'll find the option to write a welcome message in the customer portal. The text you write here will be seen by your guest in a yellow block at the top of the customer portal.

The welcome message is customisable using variables, which are the same variables you can use in auto emails and templates.
