The ‘Access to owner portal’ block of an owner page in the PMS shows all persons linked to the owner with their own email address.
One of the contacts is always the primary contact, usually the owner with whom you signed the agreement. If several contacts are linked, you can use the three dots behind a name to make another contact the primary contact.
Owner page
If you change an owner’s or contact’s email address with which they gain access to the owner portal, you have to invite them and their new email address to the owner portal again. Access for their old email address is revoked and if you don’t send an invitation to their new email address, they cannot log into their owner portal.
New contact
To add an additional contact, click ‘+New’. First choose whether you want to create a new contact or link an existing one. Fill in the necessary information for a new contact, like an email address and a name. For both types of contacts, you can choose to invite them to the owner portal upon saving.
Invitation to the owner portal
Using the three dots behind the contact’s name, you can invite them to the owner portal by email. The status of the contact indicates whether an invitation has been sent and accepted. All contacts with access to the owner portal have the same rights and will also receive all messages. You can also revoke access by clicking on the three dots next to the name again as well as unlink the contact from the owner.
Take over role
If you want to take a look at a particular owner's owner portal, you can take over their role.
