Creating a promotion

A promotion is the larger theme that can connect multiple discounts. Each discount needs to have a connected promotion. Using a promotion, you can run various discounts under the same name.

New promotion

Go to the 'Setup' tab in your PMS, and click 'Promotions' in the right menu. Here you can create a promotion via the '+New' button.

  1. Enter the name of the promotion. Use the language button on the right of this field to also enter the name and description of the promotion in other languages.

  2. If you want to highlight the promotion on your website, you must also add an image.

  3. Use the short description to generate interest. For example, 'Enjoy a discount of up to 25%!'

  4. Check 'Global' if you want to make this promotion available to all other administrations within your organization.

  5. Click 'Create promotion' to save.

Edit or delete promotion

In the overview of promotions, you can click on the name of a promotion to change its details. Use the 'Archive' button to remove a promotion.
