Brands and portals

You can set your own brands, personalise your customer portal and adjust the settings for your Search & Book in the brands and portals submenu of your PMS's organisation settings.

Brands

Add own brands for your organisation and its administrations if you work with more than one. You can also choose which brand becomes the default. The default brand and its logo and name will be displayed on guest invoices.

Customer portal widgets

Guests can view and upgrade their reservations in the customer portal. You can customise this environment using widgets that link to your own website or an external party. The guest can also order extras like breakfast for which you have created cost items that can be selected during an upgrade.

Portal settings

In the portal settings you determine which information you ask from your guests when they make a reservation. Only the email address is mandatory, but you cannot add your own questions. If a guests tells you that it takes too long to fill in the information, you can change the settings to include fewer input fields.
