How to set this up in CMS

In your CMS, navigate to the form you want to link via Zapier. Click the 'Actions' tab, and click the button '+ New action'. From the dropdown, select 'Send to Zapier'.

Then, you’ll need to enter an Endpoint. This is an url that you need to get from your Zapier account, see below.
When done, click 'Save action'.

How to set this up in Zapier

Log in to your Zapier account, and click 'My apps' in the menu on the left. Then click '+ Add connection'. Add 'Webhooks by Zapier'.

Creating an Endpoint

In the menu on the left, click on 'Zaps'. Create a new zap. Choose 'Webhooks by Zapier' as your trigger, and select 'Catch Hook' as your Event. When you get to the url of the Webhook, copy it and paste it into your CMS (see above).

Setting up actions in Zapier

After you have linked CMS to Zapier, you can set up your actions in Zapier to define how the incoming data from the CMS forms need to be handled.
