Sales channels in CMS
In CMS, channels represent the ways a prospect for one of your sales listings found you. Create channels for the ways you reach out to measure which of your efforts is most effective.
Navigate to ‘Channels’ under ‘Sales’ in the menu
Click ‘New’ at the top right and specify whether the channel is for internal use.
If desired, you can filter prospects by channel.
Examples of channels are Google, a trade show, LinkedIn, or any other way you distribute your offer.
