This is the widget that allows you to enable guests to request a link to their customer portal via your website.
In their customer portal, guests can view their reservation, enter additional details, or book extra services.
What is shown to the guest in the customer portal is determined in the organisation settings in BEX PMS. Read more here: Customer portal widgets
Placing the widget
Determine on which page you want to place this widget. Create a 'columns' section, and add the 'Customer portal' widget; this is located among the 'BookingExperts' widgets.
Determine the placement, and enter the desired text. You can check the preview, and if desired, adjust the widget settings.
As soon as guests have entered their email address, they will receive a link to their personal customer portal.
