Getting started with Campaigns

Campaigns is the CMS direct e-mail marketing tool that you can use to send targeted messages to predefined audiences, and to track the efficiency of these messages in statistics. BEX Campaigns replaces the email campaigns.

In a nutshell: The audiences for your messages will be filled with Campaigns contacts, which in turn can be sourced from BEX PMS (bookers or owners), contact forms on your website, or a manual import of email addresses.

Segments and consent

Go to 'Contacts' and click the 'Segments' button to view your existing segments.
Segments are the basic contact groups that you use to define your audience later. A single contact is usually present in multiple segments, and at least one of them is a consent segment. It is useful to know how segments work before you start adding contacts.
