Using form actions

With form actions, you can determine what happens with the information you gather in a specific CMS form. Choices include sending it as an email, or sending it to another platform for sales or data analysis.

It is possible to apply multiple form actions to the same form.

Choose 'Send email' to receive each response as an email on an email address of your choice.
Choose 'Subscribe to newsletter' to automatically add the submitted email address to your newsletter subscribers list in BEX Campaigns.

The other actions will allow you to send the form responses to third parties, which can connect to your sales platform or perform data analysis.

Zapier

Zapier is a platform that acts as a bridge between various software solutions. You can use it to send form reactions to other systems and automate processes.

Pipedrive

Pipedrive is geared towards sales. Once the API key is set up, you can send form reactions into Pipedrive, but you can also directly synchronize existing sales prospects to Pipedrive.

Booking analytics

ParcVu

ParcVu is our British partner company, focusing on (re)sale and management of cottages and caravans. This form action can be used to directly generate prospects in ParcVu using information entered in a form on your website.
