Create a CMS form
Create a CMS form from scratch, or choose one of the available templates as a starting point. It is also possible to copy one of your existing forms as a basis for a new form.
In BEX CMS, you’ll find the 'Forms' overview under the header 'Content'. Click 'New form' in the top right. You can choose from a number of form templates, or select 'Empty form' to create your own from scratch.
If you have an existing form that you want to copy as a template, click the ellipsis button for that form and select 'Copy'.
Form templates
The titles and descriptions of the available pre-set forms will tell you what you can use them for. Choose one and explore the pre-set settings and fields to find how it matches what you need. Each of these templates is still fully editable.
Making or editing a new form
After selecting a template or empty form, you’ll be able to edit it.

In this tab, you can edit the (public) name of the form, as well as the button text, any url to redirect to, and the messages shown after someone successfully or unsuccessfully submits a form.
Fields
In this tab, you edit the core of your form, the actual questions and answer fields. Read more about the available fields and how to use them: Using fields in forms

In this tab, all responses to your form will be collected after you have published it on one of your pages. Click the blue link for an individual response to view the submitted answers.
