Using todo lists
Create a todo list for each of your departments or teams that need to perform tasks, so their todos are accessible and can be easily assigned and planned.
Go to 'Todo lists' in the todo module. Click 'New' to add a new todo list.
When using the todo module, at least one todo list needs to be created. It is recommended to use multiple lists for dedicated teams.
Creating a new todo list
Go to 'Todo lists' in the todo module. Click 'New' to add a new todo list.
Give it a descriptive name, that helps you add todos to the correct todo list.
If the labor costs of todos on this list may need to be charged, also add an hourly rate. If needed, create the appropriate hourly rate first.
Read more: Material costs and hourly ratesAfter the todo list has been created, open it by clicking on its name. In this page you can manage executors, contractors, and followers.
Adding executors to the list
From the todo list overview, click the name of the appropriate todo list.
Click 'Add' to add a new executor.
Select or type the executors email address. If needed, first add the executor via user management.
All added executors can use their email address to access the mobile-friendly todo app, where they can manage their own assigned todos on the go.

Adding contractors to the list
If you outsource todos to an external party, add a contractor to give them access to the todo list, and have them add their own executors.
From the todo list overview, click the name of the appropriate todo list.
Click 'Add' to add a new contractor.
Select the correct contractor from the list. If needed, first add the contractor via user management.

It is recommended to create a separate todo list where only the contractor is connected, no other executors. That way, no one is confused about who is responsible for which todos.
Adding followers to the list
Followers of a todo list are employees who need to receive notifications of the number of uncompleted tasks, when a todo is created by an executor through the todo app, or when any costs are registered on a todo.

From the todo list overview, click the name of the appropriate todo list.
Click 'Add' to add a new follower.
Select the correct employee from the list.
Todo planning
From each todo list, you can click the 'Todo planning' button to access the planning page where todos are divided and assigned to the available executors.
