What contractors for todos do
Contractors for todos are external parties who you have outsourced work to, for example a cleaning company or a bike rental company. They manage their own executors, and have access to the todos assigned to them.
When a contractor is added and invited to create an account, they may receive a level of access to reservation data. This data is visible to the contractor’s main user (administrator) in their account.

Contractors manage their own executors, you can view these in the contractor’s detail page but you cannot add or manage them.

The Todo app is the mobile-friendly online environment where contractors and executors can easily manage and complete the todos assigned to them.
The contractor’s administrator can log in and see the data that they have received the rights for when they were added as a contractor. All contractors can:
See their list of todos ('To do' as well as 'Completed')
Edit and add todos on their list
Add hours or material costs to Todos.
Contractors cannot freely determine the hourly wage or type of material cost; the hourly wage and available types of material costs can only be set by an employee of the park itself.
