Here, you'll find an explanation of the 'Property Check' and other actions in the ellipsis menu of a property in the Booking.com integration app. A property has a Property ID, and in most cases refers to your administration in the PMS.
'Property Check' button
Booking.com will only open your property if your connected types and property settings meet certain requirements.
Use the 'Property Check' button to check whether these requirements have been met. You will receive feedback about what needs to change if any requirements are not met. These results may also show notifications that do not prevent your listings from being bookable.
Open the property
Opening your property will put your connected types online in Booking.com, which also means they are available to be booked. This action cannot be undone on this page.
Before opening your property, all requirements must be met. Use the property check to find out if there is something missing.
Activate / Deactivate connection
Activating the connection between your PMS and Booking.com ensures that your availability and prices, the core elements of the connection with this channel, are synchronised for all connected types. You can choose to deactivate this connection here too, which effectively makes all connected types unavailable for booking via Booking.com.
Fetch reservations
Reservations are fetched automatically, but you can use this for an additional manual update in between.
Edit and delete
Edit to change your property settings, and delete to remove the entire property.
