Validity of unconfirmed reservations per channel

Determine for each distribution channel how long an unconfirmed reservation can be valid before lapsing.

Setting the unconfirmed reservation validity for a channel

Go to 'Channels' in your administration settings. Click the channel that you want to edit. In the editing page, look for the heading 'Expiration time unconfirmed reservations' among the general settings. Here, enter the time in hours that you want to apply.

If a reservation being made through this channel exceeds that time limit before being (partially) paid or confirmed, it will be removed and the guest will have to restart the booking process if they still want to book.

The reservation is automatically confirmed upon (partial) payment of the booking.
