Receiving payments

Payments can be received via the online payment provider, via a manual bank transfer, or at the reception register via a cash payment or card payment.

Online payments

To enable online payments via your website, you need BEX Payments. After making a booking, the guest will be redirected to the payment provider to pay for the reservation in full or in part. This payment is registered in the reservation. If another payment needs to be made before arrival, the confirmation message to the guest will also contain a payment link.

Bank transfers

Bank transfers do not occur very often and must be manually added to the booking or invoice. For this, you can import bank transactions.

Payments at the register

In addition to selling products, you can also use the POS module to receive payments for reservations or other invoices. The payment method may be cash or card (PIN). When adding a payment for the invoice or reservation, make sure you select the correct payment method and the correct register. After payment via the register, a payment receipt is created, this links the actual payment to the correct invoice.
