Media library in CMS

The CMS media library is where you add and manage images to be applied on your website through sections and widgets.

Go to to 'Media' in the Content menu of your CMS.

Adding images

At the bottom of the overview, there are two buttons that you can use to add images to the media library.

Choose either 'New from file' to upload one or more images from your computer, or 'New from URL' to paste a URL of the online location of the image to be added.

Adding tags to images

Tags help you categorise images, which allows you to easily find suitable images when creating a page.

Select one or more images in the media library.
At the top of the overview, click the 'Edit tags' button.
In the field 'Tags to add', select existing tags from the dropdown or type to add a new one.
Click 'Save'.

To remove any tags, use the field 'Tags to remove' instead.

Deleting an image from the library

Select one or more images in the media library.
At the top of the overview, click the 'Remove' button.

Filter the overview by tag

At the top of the overview, click the 'With tags' dropdown. The list shows all used tags, and the number of images that have this tag.

Click a tag name to show the relevant images.
Use 'No tags' to show all images that do not have any tags.
