Accessing the night register

You’ll find the night register via the PMS Dashboard. At the bottom of the page, you’ll see an overview of guests currently present. Click the words 'Night register' to go to a filterable overview where you can also print your list.

Filter by date & print

With the date filter, you can select any date to view how many guests were present on that date. Use the print button to print your selection with a printer connected to your computer.

Possibly present fellow guests

If an owner books a stay for themselves, they do not always list who will accompany them. Here, you’ll find a list of all owners who have entered fellow guests into the system at some point. If there are owners present at your park, you can use this list to provide an educated guess as to who is with them.
