A bundle is a set of extra's, or cost items, that your guests may book as an addition to their reservation.
A bundle differs from a package because a bundle is a set of cost items, while a package has a stay element (limited dates, discount on rent) and, optionally, additional cost items.
Getting started with packages
Examples of bundles:
A 'BBQ' bundle containing the rent of a barbeque and the delivery of certain food items.
A 'Wellness' bundle containing luxury breakfast and robes at a reduced price.
A 'Free bike rental' bundle containing a bike rental cost item set to 0 euros linked to a coupon code.
How to create a bundle
Go to the 'Bundles' menu in the Setup module, and click 'New'. You’ll notice that the available settings are very similar to the settings of a package. The biggest differences are that a bundle may be available as an upgrade in the customer portal, and can be linked to coupon codes. Furthermore, if you want to offer cancellation insurance, you now do so with a bundle, rather than a package.
Enabling the checkbox ‘Available as upgrade’ means that a guest is able to book this bundle via their customer portal, after confirmation of their reservation.
Cancellation insurance
One of the checkboxes underneath the description field says "Cancellation insurance, include in the cancellation insurance export". Check this box if you want to set up this bundle to offer cancellation insurance as a bookable extra to your guests.

Adding coupon codes
You can choose to link a bundle to a coupon code. You can then distribute this coupon code as you wish. If your guests use this coupon code while booking, the linked bundle is applied to the reservation.
Simply type the code you wish to create into the input field. It is possible to link multiple codes to a single bundle by separating the codes by a space while entering them. It is not possible to use a code that is already used by a different bundle.
Note that if you link a coupon code, this bundle is not visible among the bookable extra’s on your website. If it were, guests would not need to use a code to book it.
Your backoffice employees can also apply coupon codes to reservations.
