Adding object labels

An object label can quickly highlight features or amenities of a property. Use them to filter objects in the planboard, or to create custom overviews for exports. Object labels are for internal use, they cannot be used by guests.

Object labels are shown in the object index, as a Planboard filter, and in Todos in the backoffice Todo module.

Adding a label to an object

Open the relevant object from the objects index in the Setup module. In the object details you’ll see the labels, if there are any. Otherwise, the text 'no labels' is displayed. Click the pencil icon to add or remove object labels.

A new object label

If there is no suitable object label, an organization manager can create an additional one via the Labels submenu in the organization settings.
Each label has a name, a description, and one of 30 colors.

Using object labels for management overviews

Object labels can be used to create custom overviews for management purposes. Use the label filters in the objects index to include or exclude objects from your exportable overview. Object labels created for this purpose could be relevant for maintenance (with sauna, with chimney) or financial management (for sale, long-term rental).
