Select an available date range directly at the correct object by clicking and dragging, or first create a shortlist of objects using the available filter options at the top of your planboard.
You can select an available date range directly at the correct object by clicking and dragging. To first create a shortlist of objects that meet your guest's wishes, use the available filter options.
You can also filter by availability by first clicking the desired arrival date and then the desired departure date in the date bar.
After selecting the correct dates for the desired object, a pop-up will appear with a quick price indication based on the dates and the (adjustable) guest group. Click 'Create reservation' at the bottom of the pop-up to continue with creating the reservation.
Using this same method, it is possible to block objects, which is why the pop-up also has the options 'Block' and 'Block multiple'. This is also where you'll see a warning if the selected dates fall outside the arrival and departure scheme, or if the price list for this period has not yet been filled.
Entering guest details
The next screen is the reservation form. Here you enter the booker's details. If the booker has made a reservation before, the contact details can be quickly found by searching in one of the fields with a magnifying glass. Based on this, you will get suggestions that you can click to quickly fill in the contact details. On the right side you'll see the overview, here you can still change objects or adjust the guest group and/or dates. The total prices and cost items change accordingly.
If everything has been entered correctly, click 'Confirm' at the bottom of the overview. You will now enter the detail page of the reservation made. Here, it is also still possible to change details or add extras to the order. When everything is final, click the 'Confirm and send invoice' button to send the invoice for this reservation to the guest.
