Move or swap a reservation in the Planboard

Move a reservation to an empty spot

Click the reservation you want to move. The detailed view will open on the right side of your screen. At the bottom of this view, under 'Actions', choose 'Move'.
Now, in your planboard, you can click the open spot you want to move the reservation to. Alternatively, you can select the specific object you want to move the reservation to from the scrollable dropdown list.

Then, decide whether you want a new invoice to be created. Creating a new invoice recalculates the costs based on the rent of the new object. Depending on the object, this new invoice may be more or less than the original invoice.
If you keep the current invoice, there will be no price difference, even if the new object is considered an upgrade.

Click the blue 'Move' button.

Swapping reservations around

Making a reservation switch objects with another reservation works in much the same way as described above for moving a reservation.

Click one reservation you want to swap. In the detailed view on the right, choose 'Move'.
Now, in your planboard, click a spot that already contains one (or more) other reservations. Alternatively, you can select the specific object you want to swap with from the scrollable dropdown list.

Click the blue 'Swap' button, and the selected reservations will switch places.
