Sending a message to the park
Via 'Reception messages' in your owner portal, you can communicate directly with the reception desk of the park.
Create a new message by clicking the blue '+New' button. Like a regular e-mail, you can attach files.
All sent and received messages are stored for later reference, even if already archived. Find a particular message by using the search bar.
A red notification dot will appear if you have any unread messages.
