Click the invoice number to open the relevant invoice. The colored dot indicates the invoice’s payment status, hover over it with your mouse for more information.

Your object(s) and related actions

A quick glance will tell you how many reservations there were in total, and what the occupancy rate of your object is. Depending on the owner rights you have, you can easily do the following for each of your objects listed here:

Book a reservation for yourself

Use the blue 'Book' button to reserve a stay for personal use in your object. In the reservation form, select the dates. Personal details do not need to be entered, as you are making a reservation for yourself.

• The park may charge certain fees for a personal stay. These can be paid directly. It is also possible to purchase any additional extras or packages that the park also offers to regular guests.

• Depending on your owner rights, you can cancel your own reservations anytime before the arrival date. To do this, see your future own reservations in the overview page and use the button to cancel.

View the availability calendar

Use the 'Availability' button to view the availability calendar for that object.

• The calendar shows when the object has been booked, booked by yourself, or blocked (for maintenance). The legend at the bottom of the page explains the color codes.

• Go to the 'List' tab to view the same information, but now as a list.

• Click on any date in the calendar to add a blocked period or reservation for personal use. This may not be possible if you do not have the correct owner rights (set by the park).

View the object details as shown online

Use the 'Details' button to view the information about your object that is shown to potential bookers online. Select the 'View on website' option in the ellipsis menu to view the current page on the park website.

Promote your object

Depending on your owner rights, you may have the opportunity to promote booking a stay at your object to others. If you are able to do this, you may also have agreed on an additional commission bonus with the park for bookings made via your promotion efforts.

• Click the ellipsis button for the relevant object, and select 'Promote'.

• You’ll see a unique URL, in multiple language versions if applicable.

• You can copy and share this url as a link, anywhere you wish to share it.

Reservations

Depending on your owner rights, you’ll be able to see a list of the most recently confirmed reservations made for your object. Click the booking number for more information.
