Requesting a change in prices or object details

Depending on your agreement with the park, you may be able to request changes to be made to prices or object details.

Change request in object details

From the overview, click the 'Details' button for the relevant object.

  • You’ll see all available details about your object, as they are presented online to potential bookers.

  • This includes descriptions, amenities, and photos.

  • For each item, you can click the 'Change request' button to send a message to the park reception to ask them to edit this information. Attach any files if needed.

Change request in prices

From the overview, click the 'Details' button for the relevant object.

  • In the menu on the right side of your screen, you’ll see 'Prices' in addition to the current 'General information'. Click 'Prices'.

  • You’ll see an overview where you can enter nightly prices by week. If needed, use the price generator at the top to quickly fill multiple fields (for an extended date range).

  • As soon as you save these prices, your suggested prices will be sent to the park reception desk. They will now be able to apply your suggested prices, or you will receive a message explaining why they cannot be applied.

Even if you do not have the possibility to use the functionalities described above, a reception message can be sent to the park about any subject.
