When an owner wants to rent out their object, they can use their unique promotional link. The PMS recognizes the link when a reservation is made and books it to the 'Via owners' channel.
You can make different agreements with owners for reservations that they bring in through their own promotional link. As the PMS recognizes bookings via the link, it ensures that they appear correctly on settlements.
A unique promotional link is available for each object. You determine in the owner agreement whether an owner is allowed to promote their own object.
Promotional link on the owner page
Find the owner via the owners module or via the search bar at the top right of your PMS. On the owner page, you can find the link by going to their objects and clicking on the three dots next to a specific one. Then click on ‘Promote’. By copying and pasting the link into a browser, the owner’s unique page is opened and reservations can be made from there.
Promotional link in the owner portal
The owner has access to their promotional link via their owner portal. Scroll in their overview to their objects, click on the three dots next to an object and then on ‘Promote’. The link that appears then can be shared.
