Getting started with the guest portal
Via BEX PMS, you can set up a guest portal. This is a personal page linked to a reservation, where guests can log in. Widgets can be added to this page, to offer your guests additional services and upgrades and possibly generate extra revenue.
The personalized guest portal is accessible to guests as soon as the reservation is confirmed. Therefore, guests can view and manage their reservation before check-in.
Guest portal settings
Go to 'Portal settings' in your organization settings to set up the guest portal.

Include a welcome message, provide contact methods, and create widgets.
Additional services via widgets
Via 'Portal settings' in your organization settings, you can create guest portal widgets to offer or promote additional products or services. Read more: Adding widgets to the customer portal
For example, a link to the menu and/or reservation page of your own restaurant, or to an affiliated bicycle rental service.
Most widgets remain available to guests even after check-in.
Cost items as an upgrade
In the guest portal, your guest will also see all add-ons that have been set as selectable through the Guest portal. As long as the guest has not yet checked in, they can still add things to their reservation. Examples of such add-ons are breakfast, a high chair, or an extra towel set.
Sending guests a link to the guest portal
There are various ways to inform your guests about the guest portal.
You can share the link in an auto email: Link to the customer portal in auto emails
Additionally, you can enable login via your website: Add 'Customer portal widget' to your website
