Label management

A label that is descriptive and attached to the correct contact, object, or reservation allows every backoffice employee to quickly see useful information where they need it. Think of a 'loyal guest' contact label, a 'renovated' object label, or a 'private use' owner label. All labels are for internal use only.

New labels

  1. Go to 'Labels' in the Organization settings.

  2. Click 'New', and choose which type of label you want to add.

  3. Each label needs a name, a description, and one of 30 colors.

Use the 'Edit' or 'Archive' buttons for any of your existing labels to edit them or make them unavailable for use. In the label overview, use the 'Archived' checkbox to view all labels that were previously archived.

Contact labels

Use contact labels for bookers; because the label is attached to the booker, it will be visible for any future reservation of this contact. Contact labels can be added and removed freely, and can be used as a filter in the reservations index and booker contacts index.

Object labels

Use object labels to quickly highlight features or amenities of an object. Object labels are usually based on location specifics or amenities that are different from the other objects in the type. Object labels can be used as a filter in the Planboard and the object overview.

Using object or owner labels for management overviews

Object and owner labels can be used to create custom overviews for management purposes. Use the label filters in the respective index to include or exclude objects or owners from your exportable overview.

Owner labels

An owner label can quickly highlight characteristics of an owner. This allows you to easily store special information about your various owners, such as the type of commission agreement or the agreements that were made regarding cleaning and garden maintenance.

Reservation labels

Use reservation labels to quickly mark the reservation with important information. The relevant label will also appear in the overview of reservations, and you can apply it as a filter. Examples are 'something to celebrate', 'winter package', or 'honeymoon'.
