It is possible to create a personalised welcome letter for your guest to provide general information about the park on arrival. The welcome letter can also come in handy when guests arrive after the check-in time.
A welcome letter is NOT sent by email like the other templates. Would you like to send a welcome letter to a guest by email? Then create an auto email for this purpose:

The welcome letter can be prepared in the templates by clicking on it and on ‘Edit’.
Tags can be used to personalise the welcome letter with data from the specific reservation. That way, guest details are automatically adapted per letter as the tags pull the information from your PMS.

Printing the welcome letter per reservation
You can print the welcome letter per reservation by going to the relevant reservation. Then go to the reservation block where you can click on the three dots next to ‘Apps’. A drop down opens; choose ‘Welcome letter’. It will be displayed as a PDF and can be printed.
Printing welcome letters in bulk
You can also print the welcome letters of a day in bulk from the dashboard. Click on ‘Export’ and choose ‘Welcome letters’. All welcome letters of the reservations that have not yet checked in will be displayed as a printable PDF.
