Guest portal settings

With your guest portal settings, you determine what is available to your guests in their personal guest portal.

Go to 'Portal settings' in your organization settings, and look at the 'Guest portal' tab.

Welcome message

To welcome your guests and introduce their guest portal, you can set up a welcome message that is shown to all your guests.

  • Write a welcome message in the text field, which will be shown to your guest when they log in to their guest portal. Use the text editor buttons and variables to create a personalized message.

  • There are a few often-used variables available in the dropdown, but you can also manually enter the same variables that can be used in auto emails and templates.

Contact methods

This is your contact information, available to the guest via the 'Need help' button in their guest portal. You can choose to display different contact options, such as phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Widgets

Widgets in the guest portal are meant to offer your guests various services or conveniences, to improve the guest experience.
